As a Personal Trainer at Elite Sports Club, you'll be at the forefront of fitness, recruiting and training our members to reach their desired fitness and lifestyle goals.

From implementing personalized fitness programs to conducting functional movement screens, you'll play a vital role in inspiring our members to lead healthier and happier lives.

  • Promote Yourself: Get ready to shine! Promote your services to our members through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, emails, and more.  

  • Create & Implement: Flex your creativity muscles! Develop and implement innovative fitness programs both within the club and through community outreach initiatives.

  • Crush Sales Goals: Hit those targets! Maintain or exceed monthly sales goals.

  • Assess & Track: Keep tabs on progress! Perform fitness assessments, track client progress, and follow up with personalized programs.

  • Manage Finances: Keep it organized! Utilize Club Automation to manage client charges for Personal Training sessions and Small Group Training.

  • Log Contacts: Keep it recorded! Maintain detailed contact logs of interactions with potential and existing clients.

  • Connect & Assist: Be the friendly face! Engage with members on the fitness floor during downtime and provide assistance as needed.

  • Innovate & Recruit: Get creative! Develop programs to attract new clients and promote your services to our members.

  • Keep it Clean: Make it sparkle! Help maintain a clean and tidy fitness center environment.

  • Inspire & Motivate: Create a supportive and motivating environment to help our clients achieve their fitness and lifestyle goals.

Qualifications:

  • B.S. Degree in Exercise Science, or related field.  Certified as a Personal Trainer through a Nationally recognized organization, such as ACE, NASM, or others.
  • Trainers must have a strong knowledge of proper exercise instruction, some sales knowledge, and be able to work well with people.
