River Hawk is seeking financial management consultants of all levels who are willing to be adaptable in serving clients with a variety of business challenges. Day to day work generally involves providing structure in order to drive results, analyzing data (quantitative or qualitative), drafting presentations or other documentation, developing or improving and executing business processes. Requirements:
Experience maintaining cooperative working relationships with customers and other employees
Experience in one or more of the following:
• Design, implement and improve processes and procedures for planning out-year budgeting as directed by Sponsor's Chief of Plans.
• Develop and maintain financial models across the multiple Sponsor funding portfolios.
• Uses metrics across the breadth of the plans, budget and contract landscape to track and monitor Sponsor's fiscal health.
• Develop strategies and advise to Sponsor on presentations and communication on historical and prospective financial data to executive stakeholders as directed by Sponsor's Chief of Plans.
• Responds to substantive requirements from Congress, the ODNI, OMB, and within the Agency in a timely manner as directed by Sponsor's Chief of Plans.
• Provide support to Sponsor's Chief of Plans for the development and drafting of Sponsor's contributions to the Congressional Budget Justification Book
• Prepares effective correspondence to justify increases in funding and to explain programs to further Mission Center goals. • Keeps senior management apprised of relevant resource issues under the direction of Sponsor's Chief of Plans.
• Integrates resource planning across Sponsor's program.
• Builds expertise in managing covert action resources.
• Assist Sponsor's Chief of Plans with the tracking and management of Sponsor's memorandums and contracts with external customers.
• Assist Sponsor's Chief of Plans with developing Standard Operating Procedures for internal and external support to Sponsor's s mission.
• Assist Sponsor's Chief of Plans with training Sponsor team members, staff officers, and contractors as needed in these processes and procedures.
