What is the difference between Sponsor Program vs Visa Specialist?
| Aspect | Sponsor Program | Visa Specialist |
|---|---|---|
| Required Credentials | Typically industry-specific knowledge, compliance training | Legal or immigration certifications, visas expertise |
| Work Environment | Program management, employer coordination | Legal consulting, immigration offices |
| Employer & Industry Usage | Used by companies to facilitate sponsorships | Used by legal firms, immigration agencies |

In contrast, a Visa Specialist provides legal expertise on visa processes, ensuring compliance with immigration laws. While both roles involve immigration-related activities, the Sponsor Program is more programmatic and organizational, whereas the Visa Specialist is legal and consultative.
