Best Practices - Identify and recommend best practices for Splunk deployment, management, and usage to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. Optimization - Propose strategies to optimize our Splunk setup, including data management, query optimization, and resource allocation. Benchmarking - Compare our use of Splunk with industry standards and practices, providing insights into how other companies leverage the platform. Opportunity Identification - Identify new opportunities and use cases for Splunk within our organization to enhance data analytics capabilities and business outcomes. Also identify current use cases of Splunk in the organization that are sub-optimal and should be removed for efficiency or cost-savings. Documentation and Reporting - Prepare detailed reports and documentation on findings, recommendations, and proposed action plans.
