Spiritual Counselor (Part Time) - The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center | Kansas City, MOHelp Restore Hope and Purpose

This is a full-time (2nd-shift) opportunity for someone who wants to put their calling to work - providing hope, healing, and spiritual support to individuals overcoming addiction, homelessness, and other life challenges.


What You'll Do
  • Provide one-on-one and group spiritual counseling sessions

  • Lead devotionals, journaling groups, and Bible-based recovery discussions

  • Develop and manage individualized rehabilitation and spiritual growth plans

  • Maintain detailed case notes and progress reports in our Service Point system

  • Collaborate with program staff and community partners to support beneficiary success

  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ministry development
