Job description

Spectra Tech, Inc. is hiring for a Corporate Architect-Project/Senior in Oak Ridge, TN at our Corporate Office.
We are seeking an experienced Architect with advanced proficiency in Revit to lead projects from design through delivery while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team. This role offers hands-on project ownership, leadership opportunities, and the chance to contribute to high-quality, well-coordinated architectural work.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage architectural assignments and ensure schedules and quality standards are met
  • Serve as a technical resource and mentor to junior architects and drafters
  • Oversee the preparation, coordination, and accuracy of construction documents and technical reports
  • Ensure all project deliverables comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and industry standards
  • Prepare and review drawings, specifications, and documentation to maintain consistency and constructability
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external multidisciplinary project team members to promote clear communication and successful project outcomes
Desired Skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit, including:
    • Revit model management (worksets, templates, families, and standards)
    • Experience managing Revit project infrastructure, model health, and coordination workflows
    • Ability to oversee Revit model setup, maintenance, and quality control
  • Understanding of quality assurance programs such as NQA-1, ISO 9001, or other regulated industry standards and their impact on project documentation

Qualifications
