As the Manager, Vertical Market Sales, Healthcare at Spectrum Business, you will guide professionals in delivering networking, managed services and cloud solutions. How You’ll Make an Impact 

  • Lead, supervise and motivate a sales team to boost productivity and surpass monthly sales and billing quotas
  • Coordinate recruiting, training and ongoing development of sales professionals into a high-performing unit
  • Conduct weekly sales meetings and individual reviews to monitor activities and drive account maintenance and acquisition
  • Attend sales calls alongside representatives to support customer engagement and strategy
  • Provide weekly sales summaries and reports to inform leadership and refine sales approaches
  • Assign high-priority customers and develop business with significant long-term potential
  • Execute special projects and pursue opportunities for long-term business growth

  • Ability to travel up to 70% of the time, primarily within area of responsibility
  • Holds a valid and active state driver’s license and maintains safe driving record

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent training, education and experience

Experience

  • 5+ years enterprise-level account sales experience in the technology industry selling Ethernet, Cloud Services, High Speed Data, and Fiber Services, with a record of success managing assigned territory to achievement and over-achievement of quota
  • 3+ years leadership experience in a competitive technology and cable sales environment with strong knowledge of Ethernet, Cloud Services, High Speed Data, Fiber Services and Fiber-Connected Networks
