Ideal Background:
  • 2+ years of hands-on clinical experience (more welcomed and valued).

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, Associate’s, or BSN).

  • Current RN license and BLS certification.

  • Self-directed, reliable, and confident in autonomous nursing practice.
