SENIOR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR
Summary:The Senior IT Systems Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, security, and continuous improvement of technology systems supporting Spectrum Resorts' operations across multiple properties. This role serves as the primary technical lead, ensuring the reliability, availability, and security of resort technology while leading infrastructure projects, supporting business-critical systems, supervising technical staff, and coordinating vendor relationships. The position also serves as the primary escalation point for operational technology incidents.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Lead daily IT operations across multiple resort properties.
  • Administer and maintain Microsoft 365, Entra ID, networking, cloud services, servers, and endpoint management platforms.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex hardware, software, network, and infrastructure issues.
  • Support resort technology platforms including PMS, POS, access control, surveillance, telecommunications, and audiovisual systems.
  • Maintain system security, backups, disaster recovery procedures, and operational documentation.
  • Lead technology projects from planning through implementation.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and third-party technology providers.
  • Supervise, mentor, and provide direction to technical support staff.
  • Respond to critical technology incidents and coordinate recovery efforts.
  • Participate in after-hours support for critical business systems.
  • Identify opportunities to improve technology performance and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company technology standards and policies.

  • Ability to independently prioritize work and manage multiple priorities.
  • Availability to respond to critical technology outages outside normal business hours.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to stand/walk for entire shift
  • Must be able to bend, kneel, and stoop
  • Must be able to move/lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions including inclement weather and high humidity

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
