Description


The Warehouse Associate/ backup driver is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations by receiving, storing, picking, packing, loading, and unloading materials in a safe and efficient manner. This role helps maintain inventory accuracy, ensure timely order fulfillment, and support overall warehouse operations. Approximately 90% of the position is warehouse-based, with occasional local deliveries using a company box truck as needed.


Responsibilities

  • Load, unload, move, and store materials using proper handling ย procedures.ย 
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.ย 
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.ย 
  • Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock records.ย 
  • Assist with cycle counts, audits, and inventory control processes.ย 
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.ย 
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.ย 
  • Support warehouse operations and collaborate with team members.ย 
  • Assist with customer inquiries, returns, and basic service needs.ย 
  • Perform local deliveries as needed using a company vehicle.ย 


Requirements

. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.ย 

Forklift experience required

Ability to safely operate a box truck as needed.ย 

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.ย 

Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and teamwork.ย 

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.ย 

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.ย 

Warehouse, delivery, or logistics experience required
