Company Description

As a test architect, you will be involved in driving test strategy to achieve the best test coverage, quality and lowest test cost. In addition, this high impact technical leadership role will interface with design, systems, test engineering, to develop DFT strategies, procedures, and tools to support test development and execution. One unique responsibility of this role is to contribute to the development cutting edge high performance simulation tools interfacing between ATE test environments and the IC design and verification environment to accelerate test development, debug, and checkout.

Job Description
  • Strong ATE programming skills
  • Strong Design Validation(DV) experience or skills
  • Ability to setup and execute verification test benches
  • Strong understanding of ATE instruments and usage
  • Cadence Specter / Sim Vision / AMS simulation
  • Working knowledge of Unix environments
  • Spice Simulation
  • HDL experience
  • System Verilog
  • Functional understanding of instrument fundamentals including control loops
  • Use of tools such as O'Scope, DMM, Spectrum Analyzer, and built in debug tools
  • Design for Test (DFT) knowledge and experience implementing them on ATE
  • Ability to plan out tasks into a timeline and execute to them
  • Ability to collect technical information and organize / present them as needed.
Qualifications
  • 5+ to 12+ years
  • BSEE or greater or Professional equivalent.
