Job Description We are seeking an Application Programmer III to join our dynamic team on the DevEx - Test Management program. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise Java with Spring and Hibernate, test engineering, and automation, and a proven ability to establish and mature testing strategies that enable high-quality delivery across UI, API, and backend layers. This role is onsite in Plano, TX. Responsibilities: Create and optimize test processes, including defect management and reporting. Contribute to building quality into the SDLC through best practices and tooling. Define a test automation strategy across the application stack, including UI, API, and backend. Create and optimize test automation frameworks and employ appropriate tools. Lead test planning for complex, cross-platform features and multi-team initiatives. Secure alignment and sign-off for test cases from business and stakeholders. Optimize test suites using approaches such as risk-based testing. Manage test execution and resolve, communicate, or escalate variances to plan. Contribute to test data management strategy, processes, and tooling. Generate and condition test data and ensure compliance for all environments, including handling of sensitive data. Participate in defect triage and drive timely resolution or escalation. Create and manage requirements-to-test traceability across the lifecycle. Use testing tools and follow promotion processes for code movement across environments. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in enterprise Java with Spring and Hibernate. Demonstrated expertise in testing strategies, test automation, and quality engineering.
