Job description

NOR CAL is calling....Now is a great time to “make the move” and very few places match the San Francisco Bay Area...Napa, beaches, Tahoe (come on!) Rents are down and we are hiring! Searching for a General Manager for a Michelin Star restaurant.
Our teams have been featured on the covers of Wine Spectator, Esquire, Food & Wine, Wine & Spirits and many other publications. Our properties include two Michelin Starred restaurants both with Wine Spectator Grand awards. If food, wine, hospitality & service is your passion, we’ll be a great match!

We have properties throughout the San Francisco Bay Area there is something for everyone!

A successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in a similar role; Management/Supervisory Experience is a huge plus plus CMS/WSET certifications
  • Fantastic Communication Skills
  • Leading our team and fostering our culture.
  • Overseeing daily operations to ensure successful dining room service.
  • Direct communication with management team.
  • Physical maintenance of dining room and facilities.
  • CMS Level 1 or Equivalent is a big plus but not required
  • Use clear and effective social and verbal communication, attention to detail, and impeccable leadership skills are a must.
  • Previous management experience in a high volume, fine-dining restaurant, as well as excellent communication skills, strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of food and wine, and dedicated service and teamwork.
  • These responsibilities will be carried out in sync with the vision and values of the restaurants.
  • Full-time employees are eligible for benefits after completing their 90 day probationary period but can enroll in the company's 401k after just 1 pay period with the company.

Compensation: Salary ($120,000.00 - $130,000.00)
