​ Responsibilities

  • Perform all Livelink Administration functions for multiple Livelink instances.

  • Responsible for upgrading and maintaining seven different Livelink instances.

  • Provide SQL and database analysis.

  • Provide assistance configuring IIS servers to accept firewall traffic, as well as internal traffic, through various IIS settings.

  • Configure Livelink instances to accept NTLM and Active Directory settings.

  • Participate in workflow and taxonomy design, creation and pilot testing, reviewing quality, logic, and launching new uses.

  • Design and build workflows; administer and manage various workflows.

  • Provide workflow support for other Livelink Instances.

  • Perform database backup and maintenance.

  • Assist with the implementation of various Livelink modules.

Required Skills/Experience

  • Experience of Open Text Livelink design, administration and support, and Livelink module installation.

  • Experience of the design and development of taxonomies and classification schemas.

  • Experience of Archive Index Server.

  • Experience of system development life cycle, from user requirements gathering through design, development and implementing/training.

  • Strong knowledge management conceptualization.

  • Knowledge of methods and practices for migrating content into Liv elink.
