The Work-Study Student Project Assistant is an entry-level student employment position that provides administrative and project support to the Project Manager within Campus Operations. The position is intended to provide an enrolled student with practical, supervised work experience in project coordination, facilities operations, document management, budget and invoice tracking, and professional office practices.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist the Project Manager with updating project tracking spreadsheets.
• Help maintain project schedules, status reports, and action-item lists.
• Organize information for active Campus Operations projects.
• Assist with tracking project deadlines and upcoming activities.
• Help prepare materials for project meetings.
• Take meeting notes and document assigned action items.
