Job description

Job Description Our client is an established commercial real estate development firm with 40+ years in the business, a national project footprint, and a tight-knit, collaborative team culture. This role supports industrial development activity across due diligence, project accounting, and development coordination, giving the right person a front-row seat to the full lifecycle of a commercial real estate deal. It's a strong fit for someone early in their CRE career who wants broad exposure and room to grow, with the added perk of 6 WFH days per month.

Responsibilities: Manage due diligence activities including consultant bids and contracts, will serve letters, zoning and entitlement support, and coordination of title, escrow, and lender closing documents Process monthly project invoices in Nexus, prepare monthly funding draws, and coordinate draw tracking and payment with lenders and equity partners Support development managers with weekly and monthly reporting and participate in owner, architect, and contractor meetings Collect, organize, and maintain all project documentation through close-out, including warranty transfers and post-development inspections Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate, construction, project accounting, or mortgage/title Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Yardi, MRI, or Nexus is a strong plus Self-motivated and task-oriented with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
