Title:  Production Coordinator
Location: Cartersville, GA
Classification: Hourly  
 
SUMMARY
The Production Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Production teams. This role is responsible for coordinating workforce schedules, maintaining accurate employee records, and supporting communication between HR, production leadership, and external staffing partners. The position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate workforce tracking, efficient staffing coordination, and smooth administrative operations within the manufacturing environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintain and manage production headcount rosters and staffing schedules.
  • Track daily attendance and update workforce scheduling systems accordingly.
  • Ensure staffing schedules remain accurate and are shared with relevant teams in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with production leadership, HR, and staffing vendors to ensure staffing requirements are met.
  • Monitor workforce trends such as absences and turnover and assist in reporting findings to management.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling employee information.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
