Trust Assets Manager
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Trust Assets Manager to support trust asset and probate initiatives, with a strong focus on the Trust Asset and Accounting Management System (TAAMS) and related modernization efforts. This role is ideal for a candidate who can blend technical program support, cross-functional coordination, acquisition support, and executive communications to help drive successful planning, transition readiness, and operational execution.

Salary Range: $80,000-$95,000 annually

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide technical, administrative, and coordination support across trust asset management and probate-related initiatives.
Primary Duties
You will work closely with leadership, technical teams, acquisition and budget offices, and vendors to support trust asset systems, modernization planning, and program execution.
- Provide technical support for TAAMS and related probate or trust modernization initiatives, including system functionality, process dependencies, risks, and transition considerations.
- Conduct technical assessments and help identify practical mitigation strategies for implementation and transition planning.
- Support acquisition and budget activities, including independent government estimates, budget justifications, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with acquisition, budget, and program offices to help ensure timely preparation, review, and submission of required materials.
- Partner with vendors, program managers, and government stakeholders to identify issues, risks, and operational needs.
- Prepare weekly and daily status updates, leadership briefings, talking points, and other executive communications.
- Review emails, reports, and internal materials for clarity, completeness, and reporting accuracy.
- Provide program coordination and liaison support across trust asset, probate, and enterprise stakeholders.
Qualifications
Required: Bachelorโs degree in business, public administration, information systems, finance, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. At least 6 years of relevant experience in program support, trust asset management, systems coordination, acquisition support, operations, or related business functions.
Preferred: Experience supporting TAAMS, trust asset programs, probate initiatives, or enterprise modernization efforts. Strong analytical, organizational, and process improvement skills. Experience developing reports, briefings, and executive-ready communications. Ability to collaborate effectively with leadership, budget, acquisition, technical teams, and external vendors. Demonstrated ability to research issues, evaluate operational needs, and recommend practical solutions.
