Assisting Hands Home Care is seeking compassionate, reliable, and Spanish-speaking Caregivers to provide one-on-one support to clients in their homes. In this role, you'll help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent while following their personalized Plan of Care.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal care including hygiene, grooming, dressing, and mobility
  • Help with daily living activities such as eating and exercise routines
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
  • Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, basic cleaning)
  • Observe and report changes in the client's condition
  • Assist with self-administered medications and document care provided
  • Support a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
  • Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients and families

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1+ year caregiving experience preferred (home care, assisted living, or long-term care)
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
  • Compassionate, dependable, and patient
  • Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity

Flexible hours available
Shifts available 24/7 based on client needs
Full-time and part-time opportunities
