Job description

We are seeking a BILINGUAL (spanish speaking) Chiropractic Medical Assistant to become a part of our team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the office/team running smoothly and efficiently. This is a full time position working ~35 hours per week.

We need an enthusiastic, motivated, organized, responsible, happy, caring team member that is looking to work with a small team to create a great environment for our awesome patients. You must be a team player that gives 110% and is willing to learn and take advice and create great working relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative duties in a timely manner
  • Perform routine clinical tasks to support chiropractic team
  • Communicate with insurance companies for proper billing procedures
  • Help with P.T/Exercises
  • Marketing-Internal
  • Scheduling and managing follow through patient treatment plans
  • communicating via email, text and phone with new and existing patients
  • Personal injury cases-attorneys, at-fault insurance companies, billing, follow up
  • Collections
  • Electronic Health Record system training, input, daily reporting
  • Chiropractic Assistant (Certification may be offered)

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in healthcare is ideal but not mandatory
