Are you an experienced Medical Receptionist looking for a stable weekday schedule with a busy, patient-focused healthcare team? Ultimate Staffing is hiring for an immediate opportunity in Carrboro!
What You'll Do

  • Welcome patients and provide outstanding customer service
  • Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments
  • Direct patients to the appropriate providers and departments
  • Verify insurance information and collect co-pays
  • Complete patient registration and documentation
  • Enter and maintain accurate patient information in the system
What We're Looking For
Required:
  • Experience using eClinicalWorks (must have)
  • 2+ years of Medical Front Desk/Medical Receptionist experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
