Job description

Dapper Car Sales is growing — and for the first time in 4 years, we’re opening a new Sales Consultant position.

We are not a high-turnover dealership. Our team stays, grows, and performs.
This is a rare opportunity to join a stable, fast-growing dealership in Orange County.

Who We Are

We’re a young, ambitious team building a modern dealership from the ground up.
No old-school dealership politics — just performance, accountability, and growth.

We focus on quality over cheap pricing.

Every vehicle goes through:

  • Full inspection & mechanical work
  • Interior & exterior restoration (paint, leather, dents)
  • Maintenance (oil, brakes, etc.)
  • Full detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating

We don’t compete by being the cheapest — we compete by being better.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle leads, calls, and appointments (CRM-based workflow)
  • Work showroom & walk-in customers
  • Present vehicles and run test drives
  • Assist with trade-in appraisals
  • Handoff to finance properly
  • Deliver vehicles and manage customer experience
  • Create daily content (stories, reels, customer deliveries)

What We’re Looking For

  • Spanish speaking (required)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Active on Instagram / TikTok
  • Able to bring your own traffic (on top of dealership leads)
  • Self-driven, competitive
  • Organized (CRM discipline is mandatory)

Compensation

  • Commission-based
  • Front-end commission
  • Back-end commission
  • Minimum per deal protection
  • Recoverable draw available

Location

Dapper Car Sales — La Habra, CA

Pay: $70,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Employee discount
  • Paid time off
  • Paid training
