We are seeking an experienced and bilingual Senior Personal Injury Attorney to oversee the pre-litigation process and provide leadership to our team.
Position Overview:
This senior role requires a Spanish-speaking attorney with strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and an extreme sense of urgency. The attorney will oversee the entire pre-litigation process, from intake to case management, stepping in as needed to ensure smooth operations and high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Oversight: Supervise intake, case managers, and medical treatment coordination teams to ensure all processes are timely, efficient, and effective.
  • Client Interaction: Serve as the point of contact for English and Spanish-speaking clients who require direct communication with an attorney, ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Strategic Case Management: Monitor case strategy, track statute of limitations, and provide guidance to team members to ensure successful case progression.
  • Demand Writing Oversight: Review and approve demand letters, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
  • Team Support: Act as a resource for the pre-litigation team, providing legal insight and resolving complex issues as they arise.
  • Reporting: Deliver regular updates to the managing attorney regarding case statuses, team performance, and potential issues requiring immediate attention.
Qualifications:

  • Active California Bar License (required).
  • Fluency in Spanish (required).
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in personal injury law (pre-litigation experience preferred).
