Job description

THE OPPORTUNITY
As eCommerce Analyst, you will be A-MAX's expert on Spanish-language digital performance. You will manage content publishing in our CMS, drive Spanish SEO, analyze web analytics, and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, and development to continuously improve the online customer journey.
You will report to the Product Manager (or Ecom Head) and have direct ownership of Spanish website content, SEO strategy, new location page creation, and digital QA - with visibility into the data that drives decisions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Spanish Website & Customer Experience
  • Own the Spanish website customer experience end-to-end, serving as the primary steward of the Spanish digital channel.
  • Manage Spanish content setup, publishing, and maintenance in the CMS platform.
  • Translate and localize website content from English to Spanish with accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency.
  • Localize imagery, multimedia content, and UI elements to resonate with Spanish-speaking audiences across regions.

Analytics & Performance
  • Review and analyze website analytics data to surface actionable insights and drive continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards to track Spanish channel KPIs.
  • Identify drop-off points in the Spanish customer journey and propose data-backed improvements.

Other Ecom activities
  • Assist with other functionality as needed, such as manage chat analytics
  • Set up and manage Commercial CRM integration with Zapier
  • Monitor rankings, organic traffic, and conversion trends for Spanish-language pages.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, development, and customer support to align messaging and brand voice across all channels.
  • Review and proofread translated content for grammatical correctness, linguistic accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Maintain translation memory and terminology databases to ensure consistency and efficiency across localization efforts.

New Locations & QA
  • Support new location page creation and assist with digital assets for new store openings.
  • Assist with QA testing and release activities for digital updates, new features, and site launches.
  • Stay current on industry trends, cultural nuances, and linguistic developments to continually elevate the Spanish web experience.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, Spanish Language Studies, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent grammar, spelling, and proofreading abilities in Spanish.
  • Cultural sensitivity and awareness of nuances across Spanish-speaking regions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.

Preferred
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and familiarity with keyword research tools (e.g., Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush).
  • Prior experience or coursework in translation, localization, eCommerce, or digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with translation management systems (TMS) and content management systems (CMS).
  • Experience with web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4).
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics is a plus for CMS content publishing.
