Job description

Position Purpose

The Seasonal Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately and safely stocking, organizing, and managing warehouse inventory, fulfilling customer orders, and supporting daily shipping and receiving of orders. This role ensures materials are handled efficiently and safely to support timely customer deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stock and organize products safely and accurately.

  • Pull and prepare customer orders for pick-up or delivery.

  • Load and unload the delivery trucks.

  • Count and verify incoming and outgoing inventory.

  • Rotate stock and report any damaged or missing items.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

  • Follow company safety guidelines and procedures.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and handle freight/materials up to 75 pounds continuously throughout the workday.

  • Ability to move heavy products in busy warehouses and/or outdoor yards, using equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks, and involves active physical work.

Working Conditions

  • Work performed in a warehouse environment in conditions like noise, hot or cold temperatures

  • Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) will be required.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.

  • Ability to lift and handle freight/materials up to 75 pounds throughout the workday.

  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicating in English and/or bilingual (Spanish) may be required in specific locations.

  • Comfortable using basic math in daily tasks.

Minimum Experience

  • At least 1 year of experience in a distribution, fulfillment or warehouse environment
