Job description

Join our team as a Community Outreach Representative and become the face of our organization in the community. In this role, you will inspire engagement through educational outreach, develop strong local partnerships, and support Medicare Advantage enrollment and retention efforts that positively impact the lives of our members.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Makes scripted phone calls to individuals who can potentially become Leon Medical Centers patients.
  2. Explains the services provided in our medical centers.
  3. Offers center tours and home visits to our sales department.
  4. Answers any questions over the phone.
  5. Keeps track of potential members who have been scheduled for center tours.
  6. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  7. Complies with all HIPPA and LMC rules and regulations.
  8. Complies with Leon Medical Centers policies and procedures and maintains confidentiality of patient medical records in accordance with state and federal laws.

EDUCATION
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

WORK EXPERIENCE
  • Customer service or telemarketing experience preferred.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
  • Fluent in English and Spanish required.
