Worksite Location:Madison, WI
Pay Rate:$21.00 per hour
Responsibilities:Answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to general questions in both English and Spanish.
Assist applicants with paperwork in-office or at outreach sites.
Interpret and translate information for Spanish-speaking clients as needed.
Answer client and vendor questions regarding program eligibility and services.
Review completed forms to verify all required information has been provided.
Follow up with applicants, contact vendors, and respond to correspondence.
Qualifications:Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
Willingness and ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with clients, community partners, and business representatives.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Minimum of three years of experience in an office or customer service environment.
