About the role
Position: Local Operations Supervisor
Location: hello82 DALLAS
Work Hours: Between 10:30AM - 7:30PM Local Time

This position will work directly with the Senior Management of Retail Operations to lead and grow the hello82 DALLAS Fan Space and oversee the team and its operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily Fan Space operations to drive customer volume, loyalty, and retention.
  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships in the local market to support space operations.
  • Lead, manage, and coach a team of 10+ employees.
  • Work directly with Senior Management to accomplish quarterly goals and uphold brand standards.
  • Track and merchandise inventory using a variety of data and organizational methods.
  • Track and report daily sales and activity within the space.
  • Communicate efficiently with Senior Management and Partner Location Management to meet dynamic deadlines.
  • Lead visual merchandising efforts, oversee space promotional campaigns, and ensure compelling merchandising to maximize customer engagement.
  • Build and nurture relationships while maintaining positive rapport with the local K-pop community.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Genuine interest in K-pop music and content.
  • 2-3 years of managerial experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • 2-3 years of retail experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to think quickly and creatively, using both data and intuition to make decisions.
  • Proven ability to lead a team of 10+ and work closely with project managers to create a welcoming and engaging environment for K-pop fans nationwide.
  • Experience with Shopify or similar POS system.
  • Proficiency in Korean language is preferred but not required.
