Job description

At Blue Origin, we envision millions of people living and working in space for the benefit of Earth. We’re working to develop reusable, safe, and low-cost space vehicles and systems within a culture of safety, collaboration, and inclusion. Join our team of problem solvers as we add new chapters to the history of spaceflight! This role is part of Blue Origin corporate functions, providing centralized support across Blue Origin business unit teams, functions, and locations.

Recruiting Business Partner (RBP)

The Recruiting Business Partner (RBP) is a strategic talent advisor responsible for aligning business-level workforce needs with scalable talent acquisition strategy and delivery. The RBP partners closely with VPs, business leaders, hiring managers, Human Resources, Finance, and Talent Acquisition (TA) leadership to translate workforce plans into clear hiring priorities, capacity requirements, and operating mechanisms. This role owns the health and effectiveness of the talent partnership for an assigned business vertical, including hiring-plan attainment, demand planning, stakeholder alignment, delivery‑risk management, and escalation resolution. The RBP does not carry an individual productivity target; instead, the role is accountable for enabling predictable, high‑quality hiring outcomes through strong operating discipline, clear prioritization, and effective deployment of recruiting resources. A successful RBP demonstrates exceptional business acumen, executive presence, customer obsession, sound judgment, analytical rigor, and the ability to influence across complex stakeholder environments.
