Area Medical Director Value-Based Care | Florida (Hybrid)
Jacksonville | Daytona Beach | Space Coast Making over $380k
A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine physician to serve as an Area Medical Director supporting a network of affiliated physician practices across Florida.
This unique hybrid leadership role allows you to continue practicing clinically 1-2 days per week while leading value-based care initiatives, physician engagement, quality improvement, and population health strategies across an established IPA network.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $310,000 - $368,500
Annual Performance Bonus

  • 5+ years of outpatient primary care experience
  • Experience in Value-Based Care and senior-focused populations
  • 3+ years of physician leadership experience

Preferred Experience
  • IPA, ACO, Medicare Advantage, or Population Health leadership
  • HEDIS, Stars, Risk Adjustment, and Quality Programs
  • Physician coaching and provider engagement
  • Shared Savings and Value-Based Reimbursement Models


Physicians must reside in Jacksonville, Daytona Beach, or Florida's Space Coast region.
