    Position Summary

    The Enterprise Cybersecurity Senior Architect is a strategic leader and hands-on practitioner responsible for defining, designing, configuring, and executing Stream's enterprise cybersecurity architecture, policies, and standards. This role translates business risk, regulatory requirements, and technology strategy into secure-by-design solutions across Stream's networks, infrastructure, applications, cloud platforms, SaaS ecosystem, and data environment.

    Balancing enterprise architecture and governance with technical execution, the Senior Architect works directly within security tools and platforms to configure controls, validate security configurations, troubleshoot issues, and lead implementation efforts alongside the cybersecurity team. Based in Dallas, TX, this role partners closely with technology, risk, business, and third-party stakeholders to strengthen Stream's security posture and support business objectives.

    Essential Functions

    • Cybersecurity strategy, governance, and executive advisory
    • Develop and maintain a cybersecurity vision, strategy, roadmap, and standards aligned to Stream's business objectives and risk appetite.
    • Translate cyber risk into business impact for executive stakeholders and report on cybersecurity program status.
    • Enterprise security architecture and secure-by-design enablement
    • Establish and evolve reference architectures across cloud, SaaS, UCaaS, and limited on-premises platforms.
    • Lead zero-trust and identity-first security models, including IAM, SSO, MFA, RBAC, and privileged access management.
    • Security engineering, controls, and technical execution
    • Design, configure, tune, and validate security controls across network, endpoint, cloud, application, and data domains.
    • Evaluate cybersecurity tools and services across protection, detection, response, investigation, and remediation capabilities.
    • Detection, incident response, resilience, and assurance
    • Monitor, manage, and contain cybersecurity incidents, including active investigation and post-incident improvement.
    • Maintain incident response plans, run tabletop exercises, support audits, and manage vulnerability and penetration testing activities.
    • Leadership, collaboration, awareness, and continuous improvement
    • Partner across IT, business leaders, risk management, vendors, and third parties to embed effective security practices.
    • Sponsor targeted cybersecurity awareness and stay current on threats, attack methods, frameworks, and emerging AI-enabled security considerations.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's or master's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information systems, or a related field preferred.
    • 8-12+ years of cybersecurity experience, including significant enterprise architecture or security engineering responsibility.
    • Strong working knowledge of industry frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, COBIT, and related governance practices.
    • Hands-on experience with cloud security, SaaS security, identity and access management, endpoint security, vulnerability management, firewalls, enterprise SIEM, and security monitoring tools.
    • Experience operating in a dynamic business environment and partnering with executives, technology teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and third-party service providers.
    • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, or similar credentials are preferred.
