Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This role requires effective management of staff, inventory, and financial aspects of the spa while ensuring a high standard of service is maintained.
Spa Manager Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional development.
  • Oversee scheduling, payroll, and employee orientation for new hires.
  • Handle recruiting and interviewing processes to build a strong team.
  • Maintain inventory control and manage purchasing to ensure adequate supplies are available.
  • Implement effective marketing strategies to promote spa services and increase sales.
  • Utilize POS systems for transactions, cash handling, and bookkeeping tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining cleanliness standards.
