The position is primarily onsite in our Surgical Center, with full-time practitioners expected to work across multiple locations within our network. We emphasize a balanced work-life approach with flexible scheduling options that accommodate both full-time and part-time applicants. Our typical work week is structured to provide outpatient care without weekend shifts or hospital inpatient admissions. This ensures a manageable patient load and promotes the well-being of our staff while fostering an environment of excellence in care.

• Conduct patient evaluations, including physical examinations and the formulation of appropriate treatment plans within the scope of practice as designated by supervising physicians.
• Maintain a patient-centric approach while delivering high-quality care. Expect to see 30 or more patients a day, efficiently documenting findings and treatment plans using our state-of-the-art Electronic Medical Record (EMA) system.
• Provide leadership and direction to clinic staff to enhance organizational efficiency and patient flow.
• Collaborate closely with supervising physicians, seeking guidance when necessary and ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing patient consultations for both medical conditions and aesthetic concerns, including the recommendation of suitable treatments and procedures.

• Board Certified Physician Assistant with a valid state licensure to practice in Arizona.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Physician Assistant studies or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in dermatology is required; candidates with 1-2 years are preferred.
• Strong understanding of clinical dermatology, including both medical conditions and aesthetic treatments.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), and customer service skills essential for effective patient interaction.
• Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced environment while remaining organized and efficient.
• A collaborative mindset, showing a willingness to learn and grow within a team-focused environment.

• Prior experience with aesthetic services and dermatological procedures, including patient assessments and follow-up care.
• Familiarity with electronic health records, specifically EMA, for efficient documentation and patient management.
• Experience leading a team within a clinical setting is a plus.

• Competitive base salary ranging from USD 150,000 to 200,000 annually, plus a share of collections.
