Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse patient caseload by performing patient evaluations, diagnosing conditions, and developing treatment plans within the scope established by the supervising physician.
• Effectively handle consultations and follow-up appointments, while leveraging our Electronic Health Record (EMA) system to document patient interactions accurately.
• Demonstrate independence in patient care, while understanding the importance of consulting the supervising physician when necessary.
• Guide and support clinic staff in the day-to-day operations, ensuring a smooth workflow while prioritizing patient satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development initiatives to enhance clinical skills and stay current on dermatological practices.
• Perform both surgical and cosmetic dermatology procedures as your experience and interests allow, enhancing the services we provide to our patients.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies.
• Current state licensure as a Physician Assistant and Board Certification.

• Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on building meaningful relationships with patients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to effectively interact with both patients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a dermatology-focused role.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary range of USD 150,000 to 200,000 per year, dependent on your experience and qualifications. In addition to a guaranteed base salary, you will also receive a percentage of collections, providing you with uncapped earning potential.
