ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Travel Associates is looking for an SEO & CRO Specialist to join our marketing team and help customers discover, engage with, and convert through our digital channels.
 
With a newly launched website and a dedicated development team, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact across SEO, AI Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO), and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO). Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll lead our SEO and AEO strategy, using data, insights, and experimentation to improve performance and deliver measurable results.
 
We're seeking someone with 3-5 years' experience in SEO, AEO, or CRO, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative approach. Experience with tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and CRO platforms will be highly regarded.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Complete regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities and risks
  • Design, execute, and evaluate A/B and multivariate testing programs
  • Recommend and implement improvements to increase enquiry conversion rates
  • Provide regular reporting on SEO, AEO, and CRO performance against agreed targets
  • Develop and execute SEO and AEO strategies to grow organic visibility across websites
  • Conduct keyword research and content gap analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Use Fullstory and behavioural insights to identify friction points in the customer journey
  • Bring forward recommendations and best-practice ideas for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, development, and executive stakeholders to align priorities
  • Optimise on-page elements including metadata, headings, internal linking, and structured data
  • Draft SEO and AEO-focused content and collaborate with web teams to optimise new digital assets
  • Analyse customer funnels and website behaviour to identify conversion improvement opportunities
  • Stay informed on search algorithm updates and emerging AEO trends, adapting strategies accordingly
  • Monitor and improve technical SEO performance, including site structure, indexing, crawlability, and page speed
  • Track, analyse, and report on organic search performance using tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, and Ahrefs
  • Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Business degree or relevant area of study
  • Proven ability to write SEO and AEO-optimised copy
  • 3-5 years' experience in an SEO, AEO, or CRO-focused role
  • Experience using AI tools to improve workflows and processes
  • Experience running A/B and multivariate tests using Optimizely or a similar platform
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to convert data into actionable recommendations
  • Sound understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimisation, and emerging AEO practices
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated experience using Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, or similar SEO platforms
