Do you have a strong history of banking experience and a desire to work with a company that cares about your future? As an AVP, Retail Banking Office Manager for our Ligonier South Office, you will:
  • Drive new business growth by leading service and sales initiatives, executing local campaigns, and participating in the bank's calling program to meet office goals.
  • Oversee office staff to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with bank policies, while managing performance, scheduling, and staff development.
  • Enhance office sales performance through regular reviews, coaching, and demonstrating effective sales techniques.

As a new employee you will be provided with extensive training at our Lake City University located in Warsaw, Indiana. Our Officer Onboarding program includes a customized training plan with an emphasis on building interpersonal connections to lay a foundation for your success.

Required Qualifications Include:

  • Four-year college degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Five+ years of Retail Banking experience required.
  • Must have the ability to pass the required NMLS registration process in accordance with the SAFE Act requirements.
  • Working knowledge of the teller and deposit operations sales platform.
  • In depth knowledge of bank office operations and an understanding of Lake City Bank’s policy and procedures, and how they relate to other areas of the bank.
