POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Designer, you will play a crucial role in conceptualizing and executing captivating designs that effectively communicate our clients' brand campaign,ย tacticsย andย messages across various media platforms. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, a passion for design, and the ability to deliver exceptional results within strict deadlines.ย 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESย 

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop creative concepts, visual designs, and layouts for advertising campaigns across multiple channels
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance advertising strategies and campaigns.
  • Present design concepts and ideas, effectively communicating the rationale behind design decisions and incorporating feedback into final designs.
  • Create visually enticingย designsย whileย maintainingย brand consistency and upholdingย designย standards throughout all projects.
  • Utilize design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figmaย to create andย modifyย design elements, graphics, and illustrations.
  • Follow directivesย fromย creative leaders and work as a teamย with assigned Art Directorsย to provideย best-in-classย creative,ย strategically sound solutionsย forย allย client,ย in-house and new business needs.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain design assets, ensuring creative materials are presentation-ready, brand-compliant, and optimized for internal and client review.
  • Remain current on the latest trends, consumer preferences, and best practices in the industry.
  • Stay on top of the latest technological advancements, including design software, digital tools, and platforms, to enhance creative processes and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Remain informed about current pop culture and social media trends in order to infuse culturally relevant elements into briefs and campaigns.ย 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:ย 

  • At least 2 + years of industry experience in a well-established, creative role with a provenย track record.ย 
  • Strong creative portfolio highlighting relevant/category experience.ย 
  • Excellent grasp of design and layout fundamentals.
  • Able to gracefully handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite,ย Figma,ย Keynote, PowerPoint, Google Slides,ย andย AI Tools.
  • Knowledge of digital media and experience designing for various digital platforms is highly desirable.ย
