Skills Required:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills Extensive experience speaking, and facilitating meetings, with various levels of stakeholders including end users, developers, business analysts, and various level of Management Experience with using or developing various ITSM platforms Experience using collaboration tools (MS Teams) and Microsoft applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc.
  • Experience with developing RFIs, RFBs and RFPs Understanding and experience in Agile Development methodology as the platform chosen will be enhanced / maintained using Agile Development principles and methodology

Experience Preferred
  • 2 years within the last 3 years providing IT and software consulting services in general and specifically for ITSM platforms and supporting initiatives of comparable scope and complexity.
  • 2 years within the last 3 year's experience of being a consultant / Project Manager of large ITSM System initiatives for private or public organizations with 500+ user base Experience with different methodologies including: Implementing Lean Six Sigma Processes / Project Understanding of DevOps methodology

Education Required Miscellaneous/ Niche/ Other
Education Required: College degree (B.S. or B.A) or work experience equivalency ITIL v4; certification level of ITIL Managing Professional or ITIL Strategic Leader
