What you’ll do:

  • Serve as Atkore’s customer-facing Web Solutions Lead and end-to-end process expert, supporting the advancement of the Digital Roadmap.

  • Provide technical leadership on coding standards, security, system environments, and continuous improvement through Lean and Kaizen initiatives.
  • Drive innovation through emerging technologies, including Sitecore capabilities, AI-driven functionality, and modern web solution enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot systemic issues, influence strategic technology decisions, and guide project teams in delivering high-quality business capabilities.

            What you’ll bring:

            • Expertise in Sitecore technologies, .NET/Microsoft stack, APIs, databases, and modern front-end frameworks.
            • Experience with cloud platforms, DevOps/CI-CD practices, and software development lifecycle methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
            • Strong business acumen with demonstrated success leading technical teams, managing priorities, and delivering scalable solutions.
            • Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence across technical and business teams.
            • Commitment to Atkore’s core values of Integrity, Respect, Excellence, Teamwork, and Accountability.

                      Within 3 months you’ll:

                      • Build relationships across Digital Platforms, Shared Services, and business stakeholders while gaining an understanding of Atkore’s technology ecosystem.
                      • Assess current web platforms, integrations, and digital roadmap priorities to identify opportunities and risks.
                      • Begin contributing technical leadership and subject matter expertise across active projects and support initiatives.
