Job description

AccentureSongLife-A Partner for Growth

The Agency of Record model we all grew up with was built for stability-long planning cycles, rigid campaigns, and success measured in outputs. Today demands something more. With evolving pipelines, diverse patient populations, and accelerated launches, the challenge is not just communication-it'sstaying continually relevant.

At AccentureSongLife, we reinvented the AOR to be a truegrowth engine for biopharma-anchored in oneobjective: helping you fuel growth by building continual relevance.

We do this by beingSmarter, Faster,Better

Smarter-intelligence-led, powered by AI, data, and life sciencesexpertise, so your brand is always one step ahead.

Faster-an agile, adaptive model that scales global blockbusters and targets rare disease communities with equal precision, moving at the speed of science and patient need.

Better-world-class creativity combined with Accenture's technology and consulting rigor, shifting from campaigns to outcomes-like launch uptake, adherence, and market share.

The reinvented AOR is not a supplier-it'sa growth partner. AccentureSong Lifebrings creativity, technology, and strategy together to serve as your growth engine-continually relevant, always accountable, and built to deliver impact for patients, providers, and your business."

You Are:

Accenture Song is looking for a rare kind of creative engineer - someone who thinks like a strategist, builds like a maker, and operates like an agency of one. This is not a role about managing AI adoption or evangelizing what's possible. It's about doing it: conceiving ideas, assembling the tools, and shipping solutions that didn't exist yesterday.

You'll help reinvent how Accenture Song works and what it sells - turning emerging AI capabilities into real, repeatable offerings that create genuine value for clients. You move fast, work across disciplines, and are equally comfortable in a whiteboard session with a creative director and a working prototype session with a technologist.

The Work:

Invent & Build

  • Act as a creative engineer and maker - not just a recommender. If you can imagine it, you should be able to rough it out.

  • Prototype rapidly: turn a brief, a conversation, or a napkin idea into something tangible that a team can react to and a client can see

  • Design AI-native solutions from scratch - not retrofitted workflows, but experiences and systems built around what AI actually makes possible

  • Bring creative instincts to technical problems and technical instincts to creative ones

Shape & Scale Offerings

  • Work with Song leadership to identify which prototypes have the legs to become formal, repeatable offerings

  • Define what an offering actually is: the problem it solves, the value it delivers, how it's built, and how it gets sold

  • Develop the reusable assets, playbooks, and reference models that let teams deliver it again and again

  • Ensure everything you build is designed for scale - not one-off heroics

Connect the Dots

  • Serve as the connective tissue between strategy, creative, data, technology, and operations - fluent in all of them, siloed in none

  • Help teams choose the right tools for the right job, without attachment to any one platform or approach

  • Make the complex feel simple: translate AI capabilities into plain language that inspires action at the leadership level

  • Facilitate working sessions, sprints, and incubators that move quickly from "what if" to "here's how"

Challenge & Evolve

  • Question established processes - especially the ones people have stopped questioning

  • Advocate for AI-first approaches rather than AI bolted onto the way things have always been done

  • Help the organization distinguish between process optimization and genuine reinvention

  • Identify the organizational friction that slows innovation and work with leadership to clear it

AI Fluency:

You should be comfortable working with AI tools across the creative and technical spectrum - not as an IT specialist, but as a creative practitioner who knows which tool to reach for and why. Familiarity across some of the following is expected:

Generative & Creative AI
  • Claude, ChatGPT/GPT-4o, Gemini - language, reasoning, and content generation

  • Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway - visual ideation, image and video generation within creative workflows

  • Suno, ElevenLabs, or similar - audio and voice generation for experience prototyping

Agentic & Workflow Automation
  • Building agentic workflows - designing multi-step AI systems that can reason, act, and loop with minimal human intervention

  • Orchestration tools - experience with frameworks that connect models, data, and actions into coherent pipelines

  • Low-code and no-code automation - turning complex processes into streamlined, repeatable flows without writing everything from scratch

Prototyping & Rapid Development
  • Vibe coding and AI-assisted development - using tools like Cursor, Copilot, or Claude to build functional prototypes faster than traditional dev cycles allow

  • API integration and prompt engineering - knowing how to connect AI services and get reliable, repeatable outputs

  • Cloud and deployment basics - enough to get a prototype live and in front of stakeholders quickly

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience across AI solution development, digital transformation, creative technology, product innovation, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Agency, consulting, innovation lab, or product company experience

  • Work that spans marketing, commerce, experience design, content, creative technology, or enterprise operations

  • Experience building reusable IP: accelerators, toolkits, reference architectures, or commercial offerings

  • Familiarity with MLR/PRC review, FDA/EMA standards, or evidence-based content workflows is a genuine plus

  • A demonstrated ability to learn new domains quickly
