Job description

We are searching for a full-time home solutions expert to help keep our customers’ homes safe and comfortable. Your job duties will include investigating homes for pests, termites, HVAC systems, and Home assessments. Applicants should be comfortable working in all areas of homes, including crawl spaces and attics. If you pride yourself on your attention to detail and love helping people, apply today!

Compensation:

$40,000 - $60,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Assess customer property to identify any issues, including pest, termite, HVAC, and home assessments.
  • Follow safety procedures and product instructions at all times, such as wearing protective gear.
  • Answer any questions regarding our services.
  • Compile and organize results into a report that will give all parties a clear understanding of any potential issues that were identified.
  • Respond to clients' inquiries quickly to keep them informed and to provide superb customer service.



Qualifications:
  • One year experience as a pest control technician or home trades.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Clear background check.
  • Has clean driving record and U.S. driver’s license.
