Product and Integrated Solutions Strategist
Purpose:
  • Valkyrie Enterprises has an immediate need for a Product and Integrated Solutions Strategist who will report to the VP of Business Development for Mission Solutions and provide key support to Mission Solutions' Business Area Manager, Operations Managers, and the Portfolio and Product Managers.
  • Valkyrie's Mission Solutions team delivers services, integrated solutions, and products that support mission readiness and decision-making. The group focuses on digital engineering, modeling & simulation, and systems integration to help customers evaluate performance, test capabilities, and prepare for real-world operations. From training environments to advanced simulations, Mission Solutions provides practical tools that support the warfighter and evolving mission needs.

Job Description:
  • Lead the development of strategy, roadmapping, market analysis, and competitive analysis for integrated solutions and products for Defense systems.
  • Support account planning, identification, intelligence gathering, and competitive intelligence across the Missions Solutions portfolio of capabilities.
  • Contribute to the development of a robust pipeline and specific opportunities
  • Research acquisition pathways and customer planning and budget documents
  • Support the development of briefings, demos, and proposals
  • Perform research to support the development of strategies and tactics to help grow the portfolio
  • Conduct research of competitors, market insights, customer demographics, potential partners and more
  • Support the development and delivery of internal reports to include weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to leadership and the board.
  • Provide support and special oversight for special projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least 5 years' experience.
  • Must have extensive experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Must have the strong ability to organize and complete multiple tasks.
  • Must be a self-starter that requires little supervision.
  • Must be exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills.
  • Must have excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Must have proven time-management skills, Organization skills, and Interpersonal skills.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience with CRM and capture, pipeline grooming, and proposal support
  • Experience with commercial or government product strategy, planning, and launch along with go-to-market strategy and communications
  • Experience in a business development environment preferred.
  • Working Knowledge of CRMs, specifically Salesforce

Security Requirements:
  • Must have an ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance

Travel Requirements:
  • Occasional Travel- around 20%

Physical Requirements:
  • Remaining in a stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods.
  • Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another.
  • Communicating with others to exchange information.
  • Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
  • Light work that includes moving objects up to 20 pounds.
