Position Summary
The Workplace Solutions Strategist will lead the development and execution of a workplace strategy designed to enhance in-person collaboration, office experiences, and connectivity across our Samsung footprint in Austin & Taylor.
This role blends strategy, project execution, and operational leadership; overseeing workplace initiatives.
Role and Responsibilities
Here's What You'll Be Responsible For:
Workplace Strategy & Project Management
  • Lead end-to end workplace projects ranging from site improvements to standardization initiatives.
  • Develop project plans, scope, timelines, and budgets from ideation through execution and closeout.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to deliver high-quality workplace solutions
  • Drive project governance, risk management, and change management processes
  • Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Establish and scale workplace standards, best practices, and consistency

Workplace Operations & Site Management
  • Oversee projects focused on workplace planning, space management, and site operations including cafe, janitorial, and other amenities.
  • Partner with on-site teams to ensure consistent execution of workplace programs and operational excellence
  • Identify and implement process improvements across workplace operations
  • Lead financial forecasting and track operational cost trends across sites.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and strategic advisor on workplace and facilities-related initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications
Here's what you'll need:
  • 12+ years of experience in workplace strategy, people management, facilities management or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale projects end-to-end.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders from Korea and local leadership.
  • Various contract negotiation and bidding process
  • Excellent MS Offices, Advanced Data Analysis & Reports Skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, vendors, and external partners.
  • Strong project management, communication, and change management skills.
  • Experience supporting global workplace or facilities operations
  • Familiarity with semiconductor business operations, or similar complex multi sites environments.
