What is a solution strategist?

A Solution Strategist is a professional who works with clients or organizations to identify business challenges and develop tailored strategies or solutions to address them. They analyze current processes, understand specific needs, and collaborate with stakeholders to design effective action plans. Solution Strategists often bridge the gap between technical teams and business leaders, ensuring proposed solutions align with overall business goals. Their role typically involves a mix of project management, problem-solving, and strategic planning.

How does a solution strategist typically collaborate with cross-functional teams during a project lifecycle?

Solution Strategists play a pivotal role in bridging technical and business teams throughout a project. They work closely with sales, product managers, engineers, and clients to gather requirements, design tailored solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Regular meetings, workshops, and documentation reviews are common collaborative methods.
