  • Manage day-to-day project execution from initiation through completion, including timeline development, meeting coordination, resourcing, and workflow management within agency systems.
  • Lead prioritization of deliverables and timelines in alignment with team capacity, project milestones, and overall business needs, flagging tradeoffs or risks when needed.
  • Identify schedule, scope, budget, or resource conflicts in partnership with discipline and project leads, and take the lead in developing practical solutions that keep work moving forward.
  • Maintain accurate project data, including deliverables, timelines, resourcing, and status updates, ensuring project management systems reflect current scope and timing.
  • Provide and gather project status updates in team check-ins and other internal communications to ensure alignment, visibility, and accountability.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to support planning, scheduling, meeting notes, and outlining next steps, while applying sound judgment to validate outputs and ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with project and client needs.
  • Champion positive change in agency workflows and support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, collaboration, and delivery effectiveness.
  • Maintain quality and consistency across internal processes, workflows, and tools that support the efficient and profitable delivery of client work.
Desired Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of project management experience, preferably in advertising, marketing, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of advertising campaign development and production processes.
  • Knowledge of traditional waterfall and agile processes, including when each approach is most appropriate.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Proven self-starter and collaborative team player who sees tasks through from start to finish with appropriate oversight.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to proactively resolve conflicts involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and curious, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Strong digital fluency across spreadsheets, collaboration platforms, and cloud-based productivity tools like Copilot.
  • Experience with project management software such as Hive, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar tools.
  • Working knowledge of AI-enabled productivity tools for tasks such as scheduling, documentation, summarization, or reporting, with the ability to apply them thoughtfully in a project management context.
  • Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs, identify limitations or risks, and apply human judgment to ensure work remains accurate, ethical, and aligned with project and client requirements.
What Makes Someone Successful Here
  • You build on ideas with a "Yes, and" mindset
  • You bring curiosity and challenge thinking in a productive way
  • You care about both the work and the people behind it
  • You hold high standards and take ownership of outcomes
Benefits include: Hybrid work flexibility, health + dental insurance, paid parental leave, matching 401(k) + profit sharing, a professional development fund and many more! This position is a hybrid position.
