FWD Construction is seeking a Project Manager to support a growing portfolio of commercial construction projects across Calgary and surrounding areas. FWD specializes in retail, industrial, office, recreational, tenant improvement, renovation, and fit-out projects.The Project Manager will oversee projects from pre-construction through closeout, balancing both office and field responsibilities. This individual will be responsible for project administration, subcontractor management, budgeting, scheduling, client communication, consultant coordination, and overall project execution.FWD is looking for someone who can step into the role with minimal training and immediately contribute to project success.

MUST HAVE• Culture fit and team-first mentality• 3-5+ years of Project Management experience with a Commercial General Contractor• Commercial construction experience, preferably interior fit-outs, tenant improvements, and renovations• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously• Experience with: ○ RFIs○ Submittals○ Change Orders / CCOs○ Shop Drawings○ Consultant coordination○ Client communication○ Project scheduling• Experience managing subcontractors and project buyout activities• Strong understanding of construction documents, specifications, and contracts• Class 5 Driver's License• Willingness to regularly visit project sitesNICE TO HAVE• Engineering Degree or EIT• PMP designation or project management training• Procore experience• Oilfield or Pipeline PM experience• Estimating or preconstruction experience• Experience contributing to business development and client growthSOFT SKILLS WORK ENVIRONMENT• Strong culture fit is the #1 priority• Team-player mentality• Flexible and willing to do whatever is required to support project success• Entrepreneurial mindset• Strong communication and leadership skills

This is a Permanent position based out of Calgary, AB.

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Calgary,AB.
