Solution Project Managers are professionals responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects that deliver tailored solutions to meet client or organizational needs. They coordinate teams, manage resources, set timelines, and ensure that project goals align with business objectives. Their role often involves working closely with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities:

    • Monitor project performance and proactively identify risks, issues, dependencies, and resource constraints.
  • Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
    • Build trusted relationships with leaders and stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Sales, Customer Care, Product, Manufacturing, and BIT.

    • Foster collaboration while balancing competing priorities and departmental interests.
  • Accountability & Governance
    • Establish clear ownership for actions, decisions, and deliverables.
    • Hold project participants accountable for commitments while maintaining positive working relationships.
    • Escalate risks, delays, and unresolved issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Ensure decisions, action items, and project outcomes are documented and communicated effectively.
  • Portfolio & Resource Management
    • Manage competing project priorities across a diverse project portfolio.
    • Provide regular status reporting to leadership, executives, and steering committees.
    • Assist with project intake, prioritization, roadmap planning, and resource forecasting.
    • Support continuous improvement of BIT project management practices, tools, and governance processes.
  • Change Management & Adoption
    • Partner with business leaders to support organizational change and user adoption.
    • Coordinate testing, training, communication, and deployment activities.
    • Ensure successful transition of solutions into ongoing operational support.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management certification, preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of project management experience leading medium to large cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a complex business environment.
  • Strong experience leading enterprise software, ERP, systems integration, infrastructure, or business transformation projects.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions without direct authority.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and risk management capabilities.
  • Experience working with both business and technical teams.
  • Highly organized and able to effectively manage several complex initiatives at the same time.
  • A confident communicator who can engage executives, department leaders, vendors, and technical teams.
  • Relationship-focused and skilled at building trust across the organization.
  • Comfortable having difficult conversations and holding teams accountable for commitments.
  • Results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
  • Adaptable and resilient when navigating ambiguity, changing priorities, and organizational complexity.
