About the Role

As a Media Solutions Manager at Radancy, you'll drive the successful adoption, retention and growth of our Radancy Talent Acquisition Cloud and professional services for our customers. You'll be the primary contact for assigned accounts, working closely with your customers to understand their business objectives while proactively leveraging our data-driven platform to optimize their hiring outcomes and investment. Your exceptional organizational and communication skills, understanding of our platform and its value to our customers will help you succeed in this role. Through cross-functional team collaboration you'll ensure your customers are meeting their goals and KPIs.
The Media Solutions Manager, High-Volume Talent Marketing is a specialized role focused on recruitment marketing execution for one of our largest enterprise clients. You'll work directly with Talent Acquisition leads and hiring teams across multiple business units to ensure recruitment marketing programs are delivering against hiring goals, on time and with clear communication at every step. You'll be trusted to operate independently in client conversations, manage day-to-day execution without heavy oversight, and know when to bring in senior leads for escalation or strategic guidance.
What does a great Media Solutions Manager do?
  • Own recurring client meetings with Talent Acquisition leads and hiring teams across multiple business units, ensuring priorities are captured and work is moving
  • Write clear internal briefs that translate client needs into direction for media, creative, analytics, content, and strategy teams
  • Build client-facing decks, meeting recaps, status updates, and performance materials on time and without prompting
  • Monitor recruitment marketing, paid media, and job advertising activity to ensure programs are pacing toward hiring goals
  • Track active workstreams, timelines, and open items to ensure nothing slips and deadlines are met
  • Turn campaign data, market inputs, and hiring updates into clear takeaways and practical recommendations
  • Ask thoughtful questions to bring structure to ambiguous or fast-moving situations
  • Surface risks, gaps, delays, or escalation needs to senior leads with context and a recommended path forward

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, talent acquisition, staffing, media, account management, customer success, client services, or a related field
  • Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments such as retail, call center, field, frontline, hourly, sales, or distributed workforce roles
  • Proven ability to run meetings, manage follow-up, and communicate clearly with clients and internal teams without heavy oversight
  • Ability to build client-ready materials including briefs, recaps, status updates, and presentations
  • Comfort reviewing campaign data, performance trends, and recruitment funnel metrics
  • Familiarity with paid media, job advertising platforms, recruitment marketing, or employer brand programs
  • Strong organization, follow-through, attention to detail, and judgment
  • Agency or enterprise client experience is a plus
