We are searching for the best talent for a Manager, Preferred Solutions for ACUVUE® Contact Lenses within the Americas Vision Care Organization based in Jacksonville, FL.
Purpose: The Manager, Preferred Solutions for ACUVUE® Contact Lenses, will be responsible for supporting development, implementation and commercialization of loyalty programs for Eye Care Professionals. They will be responsible for increasing customer engagement, end-to-end adoption and overall growth of the program. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Practice Solutions within the U.S. Marketing department.
You will be responsible for:
  • Lead the implementation and commercialization of current Eye Care Professional Practice Solutions.
  • Drive program growth and create new optimizations to increase program sales and critical engagement metrics.
  • Create and deploy marketing collateral across various channels (CRM, sales, professional events, digital advertising) with agency and internal teams
  • Support evolution of internal dashboards that aids display of program offerings.
  • Partner with Brand Marketing, Consumer Marketing, Field Sales, Sales Force Effectiveness, Sales Training, legal and compliance counterparts.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and ethical standards in all marketing activities.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required. MBA is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of progressive marketing or sales experience is required.
  • Experience in Optical industry, contracting and strategic accounts is preferred.
  • Ability to forge internal collaboration across all levels of the enterprise is required.
  • Strong influencing skills with internal and external partners is required.
  • Strong track record of success developing and driving business plans, measuring and delivering results is desired
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to set a vision, identify new opportunities, develop new ways of working, pinpoint solutions to complex problems and overcome obstacles is preferred

This position is located in Jacksonville, Florida and requires up to 20% domestic travel.
