Are you a strategic thinker who thrives at the intersection of business and technology? Do you bring both deep consulting acumen and hands-on solution design experience in Finance, Sales Performance Management, or Workforce Planning? Join us as a Principal Solution Architect and lead transformative planning engagements across in AMER.

This is not a typical implementation role, it's a consulting-led position where you will shape strategy, influence executives, solve complex business challenges, and deliver enterprise planning solutions that drive measurable business value. You will support Anaplan commercial and product activities illustrating expertise in Anaplan Applications and Platform working directly with AE's, Pre-sales, Professional Services sales and product leads.

Your Impact

  • Advise and Lead: Partner with senior business and IT leaders to define planning strategies and deliver high-impact transformation initiatives.
  • Design and Deliver: Architect scalable, flexible, and high-performing Anaplan solutions aligned to each customer's vision and goals.
  • Solve Complex Problems: Apply critical thinking and creative problem-solving to uncover root causes, challenge assumptions, and design innovative planning approaches.
  • Consult with Confidence: Translate intricate business challenges into actionable roadmaps - balancing technical precision with commercial understanding.

Your Qualifications

  • Proven experience implementing Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) or enterprise planning solutions (preferably Anaplan, SAP BPC, TM1, Jedox, etc.).
  • Strong consulting background with the ability to advise, influence, and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving excellence - capable of diagnosing complex business and operational challenges and crafting innovative, pragmatic solutions.
  • Experience and acumen leading supporting sales pursuits, scoping, estimating, and SOW.
  • Desire to go deep on product and Applications to bring-to-life focused customer solutions.
  • Expertise in one or more domains: Finance, and Workforce Planning. 
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional analytical, modelling, and communication skills.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable operating in fast-changing, high-value environments.
